Vogue festival!

Last weekend I ventured to the fashion extravaganza that is the Vogue festival! In its fifth year the event was themed around Vogue's 100th anniversary, which lead on nicely from my recent visit to the 'Vogue 100' exhibition!
The festival took place in Kensington Gardens where a 'world of Vogue' was created! There was everything from a Vogue cafe, Vogue shop, Vogue styling, Hair & make-up stands and a delightful Jo Malone stand where I was treated to a hand and arm massage!
I took part in the AW16 Vogue styling masterclass, up and coming trends discussed included; Velvet / English heritage / Floral / Disco / Vinyl / Sequins and Adornment jewellery.

Later in the day I went across the road to the Royal Geographic Society where I attended a Vogue talk 'The Allure of Paris cool' -Vogue's contributing editor Lisa Armstrong was joined by French It girl and Chanel Muse Caroline De Maigret and French designer Isabel Marant. They discussed Parisian style and the chic-ness that French women have portrayed in terms of fashion throughout the years.

Throughout the day I was in awe of Vogue and am already looking forward to next years festival!
