Grannies wardrobe.

On Thursday evening I popped along to an event across the road from work. The Cancer research charity shop had a vintage event on, this was to celebrate the start of Goodwood and build up to revival! The shop looked amazing, with the windows dedicated to all things retro! I purchased a pair of 1950's sunglasses, 1980's handbag, a dotty headscarf and a hardback copy of the book 'Tea with Walter de la mare'. Very much looking forward to my day out at revival in September!

Sixties summer!

I was working in Brighton today and quickly popped into Beyond Retro. 

The theme of the display was 'sixties summer'. There was bold and bright colour everywhere you looked, with the finishing touch of a fluffy petticoat!

Ulyana sergeenko.

This weeks Grazia magazine had a beautiful article about the Russian designer Ulyana sergeenko. 

'Voluminous opera skirts matched with vintage blouses, Ulyana's look is both cinematic and imaginative'.

I couldn't agree more and she has become my new favourite couture designer <3
